About The Wine Garage
The Wine Garage store is housed in a former
gas station/tire shop at 1020 Foothill Boulevard (Hwy. 29) just south of Lincoln Avenue, Calistoga’s main street. The Wine Garage has upwards of 200 different wines available. We have highly experienced wine buyers. They seek out and personally visit small wineries throughout California both in the heart of the Napa Valley and in the more remote wine regions of California...less-traveled areas such as Lodi, Paso Robles, Amador and Mendocino. Our tasters then negotiate a price directly with the vintner. Our crack staff enjoys hunting for unusual and lesser-known
limited-production wines. We love scouting for these small and hand-crafted lots of wine, and our customers get to share in these discoveries. They’ll ask about labels they've never seen before—and won't see anywhere else at a wine store in northern California or in their own hometown.
Wine Garage has a great WINE CLUB. 6 wines for about $100 shipped six times per year. Hand selected, after exhaustive trips and tastings in every wine growing region of California. Shaking hands. Cutting deals. No cellar left unturned. Unbelievable finds! The members were shocked at the quality to price ratios. Unknown, hidden gems were un-earthed! Every bottle was phenomenal! Labels that never made it out of California that tasted amazing but cost hardly anything.
